Why Carté
For years, women with melanin-rich African skin have been offered two inadequate choices: generic "brightening" products formulated for lighter skin tones that don't work — or harsh, chemical treatments that damage skin long-term. We built Carté because you deserve better.
Backed by premium cosmetic science, we formulated CARTE Radiance Serum with a range of clinically-proven active ingredients, optimized specifically for melanin-rich skin. Science-backed, results-driven, unapologetically premium — made for you, not adapted from someone else.
What You'll Sell
An advanced brightening serum formulated with evidence-based actives to visibly reduce dark spots, post-acne marks, hyperpigmentation and active breakouts, revealing a clearer, more even, radiant complexion.
A lightweight mineral sunscreen formulated for hyperpigmentation-prone skin. Powered by mineral UV filters, antioxidants and brightening actives to help protect against UV damage while promoting a brighter, more even-looking complexion and helping reduce visible signs of photoaging.
A lightweight mineral sunscreen formulated for acne-prone skin. Powered by mineral UV filters and skin clarifying actives to provide broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection with a sheer, non-greasy finish that blends easily into most skin tones while helping reduce breakouts and promote a clearer-looking complexion.
Revitalize dull, tired skin with our Brightening Face Wash. A gentle, antioxidant-rich cleanser formulated to wash away impurities while targeting dark spots and uneven skin tone. Infused with stabilized Vitamin C and Niacinamide, it helps illuminate the complexion and defend against environmental stressors. The sulfate-free formula leaves skin feeling refreshed, soft and visibly more luminous without stripping away its natural moisture.
An alcohol-free clarifying toner formulated as the essential second step in your skincare routine. Powered by exfoliating acids and skin-conditioning actives to help sweep away dead skin cells, balance the skin's pH and refine the appearance of pores, leaving skin feeling refreshed, matte and prepared for further treatment.
A deep-cleansing gel formulated for oily and acne-prone skin. Formulated with 2% Salicylic Acid (BHA), it penetrates deep into pores to dissolve debris, excess oil, and impurities that can lead to breakouts. It helps reduce existing blemishes and prevents new ones from forming without stripping the skin of essential moisture.
